Following a complimentary consultation, I will take you through regular training sessions that fit in with your lifestyle and your weekly commitments.
I can train with you in the comfort of your own home or in the fresh air of the surrounding parks and commons. We will use minimal equipment making our training efficient, accessible and away from the grind and monotony of the treadmill. Prices start from £35 an hour.
I specialise in weight loss, fitness gains, pre and post natal health and fitness, and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

If you have a partner or small group of friends with similar goals, why not use the motivation and enthusiasm of each other to help you keep going! Making exercise a social event rather than a chore can make it something to look forward to rather than dread!

Why not join me for a 30-45 minute jaunt around some of the parks and commons in South-East London. Times and locations may vary.

At a cost of £25, it involves checking your height, weight, measurements of waist, hips, thighs, chest/bust and arms, blood pressure, body fat %, basal metabolic rate, BMI and your waist/hip ratio. Recording measurements at various points in your training program can help you to see your body changing which in turn can act as a great motivational tool.

As my client, you now have access to my Members' Area. This area is secure and can only be viewed by you.
Here you will find an online food diary. This will help you monitor your nutritional habits. You will also have the option of recording your weight on key dates so that you can track your weight loss and review it displayed on a graph. You will clearly see the line of the graph going down as you lose weight and get closer to your goal!
